Industry & Investment NSW wants to hear from small to medium sized businesses in Western Sydney planning to create jobs by investing in expanding or diversifying their operations.

Businesses owned or operated in the following local council areas may qualify for assistance through the Western Sydney Business Employment Fund.

• Hawkesbury
• Holroyd
• Liverpool
• Parramatta
• Penrith
• Wollondilly

Assistance could include payroll tax rebates and/or direct grants that off-set business costs such as capital costs needed to begin an expansion project.

The fund is designed to help businesses in manufacturing, ICT, the creative industries, transport, logistics and storage, and the development of eco-friendly technologies.
