Our principal consultants, Ian McHugh, Peter Stewart and Ern Phang each have served on a variety of boards over many years prior to being involved in a merger of two organisations which resulted in them serving on the same board of directors. They quickly realised that their combined experience and desire to make businesses better, supported by their shared belief that they could make a difference, was incentive to work together in the future. They agreed that their wide network of professionals and specialists would all be able to contribute in different ways to projects which would focus on making businesses better, whether it was the private sector, government or the not-for-profit sector.
