NFP Consulting Group Experience Expertise Excellence

As part of its Community Support Program, NFP Consulting has commenced assisting Harris Park Community Centre in developing a five year Strategic Plan.

The plan - the first for the Centre- will take in all aspects of growth and capability building required for Harris Park Community Centre for the next five years.

This will assist management, staff, volunteers and partner organisations plan the next steps in developing good practices and meeting the local community's expectations.

Service delivery is one of the critical areas being reviewed in both a strategic and business planning sense.
