NFP Consulting Group Experience Expertise Excellence

The NFP Consulting Group team handed over the Draft Strategic Plan to the Harris Park Community Centre in late December 2009.

The Draft Strategic Plan, the first for Harris Park Community Centre in its seven years of operation outlines the next five years of development for the Centre.

Ian McHugh, NFP Consulting Group's Chairman said, "The Draft Strategic Plan is an all-encompassing view of the challenges and opportunities for the Centre and the communities and families it supports. The development of the plan involved a substantial amount of time working onsite as well as visiting other Community Centres and support groups who were in different development phases of their own strategic or business plans. The team at the Centre, supervised by the Centre Coordinator, Ronda Evenden, worked very hard on collecting and analysing data to help support the Centre's strategic directions."

The next steps in Draft Strategic Plan is a full review with the Harris Park Community Centre Management Committee as well as interested stakeholders such as Parramatta City Council and the NSW Department of Human Services (Communities).
